Liza,
depending where you are in the world will determine how much traffic you get from Yahoo. Typically the same ranking on Google will generate 3 to 8 times more traffic.
However a top ranking in Yahoo implies that you've got most of the on page optimisation in place. Build links and the Google traffic will come.

The traffic depends on how many people are actually searching for that term.
If you tell us what your keyphrase, the URL, etc are, we might be able to help you more.

It also depends on what you have ranked. some phrases are just not typed in other than by seor's and a client who is getting a phrase ranked...

It is hard to get good positions on Yahoo, they like old websites.
Anyway, remember... if you have #1 position, it doesn't mean that people will click your website more times than #2 or #3. Check your title which appear, maybe it...
1. Not really attractive
2. Sound reach and expencive (people skip)
3. Too good to be true
4. Not enought description
5. Not realted to keyword of your position
6. Hard to undestand what it mean
Look first, what people want and what your title.
It is good when title exactly match keyword.
