If you're willing pay the only site I recommend that I personally use myself:

Unfortunately there is no fast way in getting one way links. The work will either have to be done by you or an assistant. And it must be done correctly. I've actually thought about creating a business just based on 1 way links because they are very valuable. And if done correctly can bring you to the top. But this is not to be confused with seo it is only a part of seo.

I was with this service for 2 month - during this time they were not able to make the service work with my hostgator account
I got the money back for one month (no kidding) so I lost almost 50 bucks - stay away from his services etc!

One-way links are links to your site from sites which do not receive a link from your site.

One-way links are wonderful things to have because they increase your link popularity - the number of pages linking to your site. Search engines such as Google place huge importance on link popularity when ranking your site.

The whole point of organic search is it needs to look organic. Use every method you can and deeplink 20% as it does not look otganic if every link has the dame anchor text and points to just your homepage
