If you want to know for sure, run an adwords campaign with all the keywords in question.
You need to get at least 1000 impressions on each phrase before you can determine the best phrase.

i agree with dburdon keywords are depends on your business what your business and how much completion there, keywords are most important for SEO point of view so always give some time and do best analysis for keyword selection!!!

kewords selection is the basic thing in SEO, through which ALL SEO tactics are revolving, so you first have first to see the keywords relevent to your nicch, then after check its density, popularity and search volume. you can do this all through online tools, i will prefer Google, Adcense for it.
