My sites are comparatively new as well as it seems I get traffic from MSN as soon as they are live. However, I'm not experiencing traffic from Google or Yahoo.

MSN catch the new sites fastly than Google and Yahoo. It's a good news that your new site get traffic from the MSN. I think MSN made some change in their algorithm.

If your domaine name is fairly new this is quite normal as Google likes to see a site grow in both content and backlink profile before it takes them seriously, in my experience, it's usually around 10 months.

If your domain is more than 1 year old and you are not getting traffic from Google, then your site does not currently have the required elements for worthwhile Google rankings and you need to address this to make your site Google friendly.
