As I check Yahoo home page http://www.yahoo.com/, it's text ad "Marketplace" is kind integrated into this home page navigation. Can you get better CTR if you use AdSense like this?

I haven't tested it to extensively myself..but I have seen lots of sites using the single words (no description) google ads for their footers and I have to admit to being fool at least once into thinking they lead to more content on that site just because they look so much like regular links..
