Anyone else had wierd things happen with there standings in yahoo... Man for past month i am #2 for several keyword now sometimes I am #2 others #13 and sometimes not found in top 50... This has been happening for past couple of days just on yahoo......

Doesn't sound great.

Google is like that sometime too though, maybe just some quantum flux... hopefully your settle back at the top... :)

Yahoo seems to mix things up every once in a while. I think they do it for spite. Rolling Eyes

Yahoo crawls it's entire index and updates it algorithm every two weeks -

Also, they tend to update their index on Mondays, and they usually time it with a conference - much like the SES going on right now in Chicago.

Just a FYI so that you can track movement and see if it's algorithm related.

I recently did some research on client sites. It was to measure the average age of each site in the caches of Google, MSN and Yahoo. Yahoo was the oldest, then Google and MSN's was the youngest.

No need to worry about it that your keywords are up and down. All search engine's changing his algorithm. So, you can continue your work hope so you'll get back ranking soon.
