Hi everyone,
Just gotten contradictory advice on linkbuilding for Google opt.
One guy said direct all links to homepage
Another guy said I should links back to the most relevant page in the website, not necc homepage.
Help! Which one is right? |

Google seems to be prioritising internal pages at the moment in the SERPS... Although it is beneficial to direct as much link power as possible to the home page to get it ranked, once Google finds you, is seems that they are trying to pick the most relevant page for SERPs. At least a few more links to internal pages is probably getting more beneficial than ever before. |

Google provide priority to relevant page not home page. If you got links on relevant page then no need link on home page. If you got link on home and page is not related to you link. Then no any benefit for your link...........

As per search engine guide line the relevant theme or category is always much better then non relevant high pr pages or also home pages link.
If your website getting more number of link as relevant theme then the ranking of website is stable as compared to non thematic link so I requesting to you always take link at your relevant category pages.

You should absolutely be deep linking. That's how you get relevant anchor text directed at the appropriate pages.
