If you are in need of buying links, you may first consider high quality web directories. There are some high PR and several years old directories on the web and then wait for some time.

Buying links  Reply with quote

Davidmatie,

buying links for PageRank purposes is strictly against Google's webmaster guideline. With few exceptions. One appears to be a small number of top quality directories. These include Yahoo.

Quality vs Quantity  Reply with quote

I would also be more concerned with quality for money than quantity for money. Look for more relevant links.

Buying backlinks is not a good practice. I think instead of buying you submit some backlinks to some quality sites by your own. This will be more beneficial then buying backlinks.
