Keep the code clean and check that there isn't a problem with your hosting company.

May be it due to internet speed or hosting company. But also check with code and delete the code which is not required.

well one of the major factors that come to mind when it comes to page load times is photo or picture sizes. If these are to big you could be facing much slower load times. also your website code. if the code is very complicated you could also experience slower load times.

#

Create Web pages that are less than 30 KB in size.
#

Do not dedicate more than 15 KB to 20 KB of the total amount of file space available for one Web page to graphics.
#

Reduce the file size of the images on your Web pages.

In addition to speeding up Web page load time, reducing image file size will reduce the amount of data transfer usage it takes to download the image without compromising image quality.

One problem about using free templates is that they have flaws. Why is the CSS in the code? It should be an external file. You are also using way to many keywords within the code that I would consider SPAMing.

But to get a real picture as to you load time issues, set up a Google Webmaster Tools account. They have within their <LAB> section a <Site performance> feature that will test the site live and then suggest things you can do to speed up the page load.

I went from ~10 seconds to 3.5 to 4.0 range within a day.

Just remember this rule, anything that can be external should be unless it brakes the page. You rely on the internet's cache to load the object once and use it many times.

Also, your page returns errors when loading.

First of all check that whether the problem is not related to your web hosting company. If not then optimize your script and remove all the extra heavy thing from the site such as images etc.

In a short way to reduce load time , you need to optimize your website. Do some changes in CSS file. reduce image size if you have in your page and try to optimize you source code.
