cprv: If you're worried, them send an email to Adsense.

If it was me I wouldn't recommend doing this, Google will more than likely just disable the account as they won't know if it was you clicking the ads or a stranger.

CTR on ads is crucial! Google weights CTR to much anymore not to be concerned with it.

I don't think Google Adsense team will have any problem with your High CRT by the time you work according to their terms and conditions. Never get involved in click fraud, click exchange kind of networks if you are willing to earn some money with Google adsense in long run

Yes high CTR is important.But consistency should be maintained throughout.
