Sounds like a brilliant offer, even with the backlinks. The only thing that concerns me is that this site might be too US focussed and the real estate wording seems to be very different between US and UK.

Thank you for your suggestion. But do you think that this could ultimately harm your credibility with the search engines? As Google refines more and more and updates their algorithm, surely it is possible that they will start to factor in these types of 'articles' with identical backlinks and, consequently, refine out your site?

As with all things of the Internet and Google, there are advantages and dis-advantages for every technique you deploy. If you aren't strong at article creation, then getting a few articles from this group every few months won't be such a bad thing.
If you over-do it, then you might see a negative impact.

Huh. I guess it'd be "safest" if every article you got from them linked to a different two partner sites. But that'd depend on how many partner sites they had! (two? three? 15?)
