I just noticed that one of my subdomains has PR0; the subdomain had PR4 just a couple of days ago. The site in question is this http://news.ohcnetwork.com/. Is this site penalized ... or banned?
If so, what do I need to do to recover the subdomain?

... hmmm ... is it possible that PR update is still unsettled and the site is destined to have PR0? Is it also possible that the PR is 0 and the data center that you access does not have the latest PR data?

So, I should just sit and wait for a couple of more days?

While I want to work on things that I can control, I cannot simply disregard crisis situations like PR0, Google ban, etc. How do you detect critical moments and act on those problems?
