Submit articles to article directories while making use of articlesender.com
I joined articlesender.com relatively recently to promote my sites; I found out about articlesender.com while I was learning about article directories. articlesender.com apparently sends my articles to quite a few webmasters, article directories and email lists, but I'd like to submit my articles to the following article directories also.
buzzle.com
articledepot.net
articledepot.co.uk
stickyarticles.com
articleintelligence.com
articleskingdom.com
articlealley.com
thewhir.com/find/articlecentral
ideamarketers.com
goarticles.com
articledashboard.com
(I heard that these are pretty descent article directories.)
Do I need to register and submit my articles to these directories manually if I want my articles to be published there? Also I joined the following Topica lists via articlesender.com.

Does Article Depot Topica list have anything to do with articledepot.net or articledepot.co.uk? If so, does that mean that my articles are also published on articledepot.net or articledepot.co.uk article directory ...???
