both, off course if you build a site the topic as well as the content are related to each other and when you do link building this should be related to your site...but since google devalued the reciprocal link building just focus on optimizing your site and focus in one way link building...

the reality is that links, urls, titles, meta tags, content and images should all be aligned. You could try doing this explicitly by sitting down and writing an SEO plan. Otherwise be pragmatic. Plan your site, write your content and get your links passively.

Easy, either you have multiple personalities or your using the same computer, mods know this because your IP addy is shown with your posts. As a matter of fact, I am guilty of the latter (I hope) because my brother joined this forum from my computer before I did.

Relevancy means you content is relevant to your business and keywords that are chosen for your site. Relevancy should me in content, title, description, meta tags. Keyword relevancy is most important for your site.
