Both of them are great but I prefer Digg because it helps in getting the pages crawled faster.

Both these websites use No-follow links..

But for more traffic, I would prefer Digg over Delicious..

yes digg and Delicious both good social bookmarking websites to increase backlinks and promote your keywords ranking. but digg changed the design and if anyone have idea tell me how i can search in digg now for any websites if its already submitted or not?

Digg and Delicious are a social bookmarking site .
The sites let you find interesting links and keep track of links you find interesting, it's like bookmarks that you can access through any computer. Digg and Reddit focus more on finding interesting links, wheras Delicious focuses more on letting you sort interesting links yourself. Depending on what you need, I'd say Digg or Delicious as they are the biggest services.

These days Digg has lot of its backlink juice, after its user count dropped and they sold the site, I recommend using Reddit as a main focus.

Absolutely true. Social Bookmarking sites are just to drive quality traffic to your website.

Digg and Delicious both are good to get back link. These are high PR social bookmarking site but few site are no-follow site so its not pass site PR.

Both Digg and Delicious are high PR social bookmarking sites. They are high PR sites and are responsible for driving a large number of traffic towards your website.
