Some of my friend were telling me that it shows approx result not 100% accurate.

Should i take those google adwords results 50% accurate?

AdWords ads are displayed along with search results when someone searches Google using one of your keywords. AdWords is not a lightswitch - you can't just turn it on and expect to get satisfactory results. Many agencies charge a minimum of a few thousand dollars and/or 15% markup on your AdWords spending to manage your campaign

There is a time delay in Adwords results data (spend, CTR, CPC, etc), but it is accurate allright. If you have a problem with your ad showing for your key terms, you may need to improve your quality score or budget/bids to improve your share of impressions.
